How it started
It began with a missing cat.
ReturnMe began with a simple idea: what if lost items could safely find their way home without exposing anyone's private information? What started as a family idea has grown into a global recovery service trusted by customers, companies, and major brands around the world.
Pasha, Suhail Niazi's white Persian cat, slipped out and went missing. She wore a tag, but the phone number printed on it was years out of date. Whoever found her had no way to reach the family.
She eventually made it home, but the scare left Suhail with a simple, stubborn question, and the answer became a company.
“What if the number on the tag never changed, and was always answered by a real person, any hour of any day?”
Suhail Niazi, Founder
That idea, a permanent ID and a service that does the talking, became ReturnMe. Today the same principle protects luggage, keys, phones, pets, and the small things people cannot replace.
