The ReturnMe concept was born in 2003. ReturnMe’s founder, Suhail Niazi, moved into his new house. Pasha, his cute white Persian cat went missing and didn’t return home. Pasha’s pet tag had an old contact number of Suhail’s which was no longer valid. So even if someone found Pasha, they had no number to call! Suhail wondered, "What if the phone number on the tag went to a lost and found service? This way the number wouldn't change..." In hopes to resolve this problem for himself and many others, Suhail launched ReturnMe shortly thereafter.
Luckily, Pasha was found a few days later, he was 3 blocks away from his new home!

2007 – ReturnMoi (original company name) was launched as a part-time business run from a basement.
2010 – Series A Funding: we moved into an office space and hired our first employee.
2012 – We grew to four employees, now selling into the promotional market.
2013 – ReturnMoi rebrands to ReturnMe.
2014 - ReturnMe acquires StuffBak and ImHONEST.
2015 – Moved to a larger office space with double the staff.
2017 – Series B funding, launched our new metallic-domed tags and the first version of our app.
2018 – New Zealand/Australia office opened.
2020 – ReturnMe launches new website and app.
