We offer 3 coverage levels starting from $100 to $500 to replace your lost travel bag along with any of the contents that need to be replaced like your clothing, shoes & personal items.

Extensive travel bag and contents replacement coverage up to $500 USD: ReturnMe MaxCoverage includes replacement costs to replace your lost travel bag AND its contents up to your coverage amount. Contents can include any items that were inside your bag at the time it was lost such as clothing, shoes and basic necessities.
Worldwide coverage and support: You are covered for your travel bag and its contents anywhere in the world.
No excess to pay: You are covered for the full authorized claim with no excess or deductibles to pay.
1. If my travel bag is lost and returned do I need to pay a reward to the finder?
No. The reward will be sent directly by ReturnMe to the person who found your travel bag. The reward will be a $40 ReturnMe voucher to be used towards ReturnMe recovery tags at www.ReturnMeTags.com. If you wish to give any monetary reward you may do so directly to the finder.
2. What contents can I replace?
Your replacement coverage will cover any contents that were in your travel bag at the time of loss up to your total Annual Coverage Amount. You must make sure to provide receipts to Jacana Warranty for any items that were purchased.
3. How many times a year can I make a claim?
You may make more than one claim within the Coverage Term period. Please note the total sum payable for all of your claims cannot exceed the Annual Coverage Amount.
4. How is my Covered Product returned?
ReturnMe has a number of different ways of getting your travel bag back to you depending on the location and urgency. We work with shipping companies such as Fedex, UPS, DHL and local carriers. We will work with you to find the best solution for returning your travel bag.
5. What if my travel bag is lost while I’m out of the country?
We provide coverage for your travel bag whether lost or stolen anywhere in the World. Coverage is subject to your travel bag being attached to the activated ReturnMe tag at the time of loss.
6. Do I have to pay any deductible when purchasing new travel bags?
No, there is no deductible to pay with ReturnMe MaxCoverage. You will be reimbursed up to your Annual Coverage Amount.
7. If I purchase new travel bags can I transfer my ReturnMe tag and Maxcoverage over to it?
Yes, you can remove the recovery tag and attach it to your new product. Make sure to update the details in your my account recovery tag page along with an updated picture.
8. Will I receive any communication when my coverage is about to expire?
Yes, prior to your coverage expiring, ReturnMe will remind you to renew your coverage via email. At this point you can decide to renew your coverage or let it expire. Please always ensure your email is updated with ReturnMe.
9. What isn't covered by MaxCoverage?
A) Any travel bag where a ReturnMe recovery tag was not attached at time of loss
B) Any insured event not reported to Jacana Warranty within 30 days.
C) Amount claimed where you do not submit valid receipts or invoices to Jacana Warranty
D) Any additional costs relating to the loss of your travel bag
E) Any loss of earnings or profits which you suffer as a result of the loss of your travel bag
F) Claims arising from any reckless, deliberate or criminal act or omission by you.
G) An insured event which occurs outside the coverage term
