1. Which type of keys are covered through this agreement?
All keys will be covered as long as your activated ReturnMe tag is on that set of keys (car, house, garage, office) by this agreement. 

 

 

2. How many keys can I attach to my fob?
You can attach as many keys as you like 

 

 

3. If my keys are lost and returned do I need to pay a reward to the finder?
No. The reward will be sent directly by ReturnMe to the person who found your keys. The reward will be a $40 ReturnMe voucher to be used towards ReturnMe recovery tags at www.ReturnMeTags.com. If you wish to give any monetary reward you may do so directly to the finder.

 

 

4. How many times a year can I make a claim?
You may make more than one claim within the Coverage Term period. Please note the total sum payable in each claim cannot exceed the Annual Coverage Amount.

 

 

5. How are my keys returned?
ReturnMe has a number of different ways of getting keys back to you depending on the location and urgency. We work with shipping companies such as Fedex, UPS, DHL and local carriers. We will work with you to find the best solution for returning your keys.

 

 

6. Can I make a claim if my key fob gets damaged?
Yes, your ReturnMe MaxCoverage covers a replacement of your key fob in the event it gets damaged or broken.

 

 

7. What if my keys are lost or stolen while I’m out of the country?
We provide coverage for your keys whether lost or stolen anywhere in the World. Coverage  is subject to your keys being attached to the activated key tag  at the time of loss

 

 

8. Do I have to pay any deductible when purchasing a new car key fob?
No, there is no deductible to pay with ReturnMe MaxCoverage. You will be reimbursed up to your Annual Coverage Amount. 

 

 

9. If I purchase a new car do I need to update the details with ReturnMe?
No. All you need to do is attach your ReturnMe tag to your new car key fob.

 

 

10. Will I receive any communication when my coverage is about to expire?
Yes, prior to your coverage expiring,  ReturnMe will remind you to renew your coverage via email. At this point, you can decide to renew your coverage or let it expire. Please always ensure your email is updated with ReturnMe.

 

 

11. What isn't covered by MaxCoverage?
A) Any keys lost while such keys were not attached with your activated ReturnMe recovery tags
B) Any insured event not reported to Jacana Warranty within 30 days.
C) Amount claimed where you do not submit valid receipts or invoices to Jacana Warranty
D) Any additional costs relating to the loss of your keys
E) Any loss of earnings or profits which you suffer as a result of the loss or damage of your keys
F) Claims arising from any reckless, deliberate or criminal act or omission by you.
G) Any locks or locksmith changes.
H) An insured event which occurs outside the coverage term
